How to be an Associate Certified Coach (ACC)?

Module Objectives: The learning objective of this module is to help participants understand. Definition of coaching, its processes, what coaching is not, application of coaching in multiple. Aspects of personal, professional & organizational development & and how coaches need to evolve. In the journey of becoming a professional coach. At the end of this module participants will have. Learnt the basics of coaching, different types of coaching and its application. Module is delivered in 4 online sessions / 2 days in classroom.
Module Objectives: The learning objective of this module is help participants discover about themselves, understand and manage themselves better. Develop an attitude of continuous learning and developing their skills of coaching. In this module, we work on transforming our coaches and support them in developing their deeper level of listening skills, understand their emotional. Intelligence and develop for others. This if a self-reflection module to set the coaches for becoming a transformational Coach. At the end of this module, coaches will evolve as better listeners and more mindful which we consider to be the basic of anyone’s' journey of becoming a professional coach. Module is delivered in 4 online sessions / 2 days in classroom.
Module Objectives: At the end of this module students get clear understanding of ICF Core Competencies, EMCC Competency Framework & CCE Competency Frameworkand will be able to apply them in their coaching conversations. We relate these competencies with the self-transformation in the module 2 and further build them in coaching conversations. This is a highly interactive and practical module where students start to practice and build their coaching skills through intensive practice and assessing their own coaching conversation through extensive practice & self-reflection work. Module is delivered in 3 online sessions / 1 day in classroom
Module Objectives: As students better understand the competencies in module 3, at the end of this module students build their understanding on how incorporate and manage the whole process of coaching following ICF core competencies, EMCC competency framework &CCE competency framework while maintaining professional standards, ICF Code of Ethics, Global Code of Ethics and CCE BCC code of ethics. Coaching for Transformational ChangeTowards Transformation 3 Module Objectives: At the end of this module students will have thorough understanding of starting their coaching business. This module covers all about the business aspect of coaching. Coaches will require to get their website built as part of this module. This module covers the topics like preparing business plan and strategy, building website, marketing approaches for coaches, software and tools required for coaching business operations, etc. There is 3 hours of post module mentoring for coaches who wish to set up their full-time coaching business. Module is delivered in 3 online sessions / 1 day in classroom
Module Objectives: This module is focused on PCC level competencies & Evaluation and Assessments in coaching. Coaches will learn to integrate competencies with PCC markers to enhance and advance their coaching skills. Students will also learn advance coaching assessments tools like 360-degree evaluation that a coach need to know specially for Executive, Leadership and Business coaching. You will learn and be able to interpret the results of the assessment. You will also design and develop your own 360 for your coaching practice. Module is delivered in 3 online sessions / 1 day in classroom
Module Objectives: At the end of this module students will be able to managecoaching contract for managers, executives and leaders at workplace. Students are equipped with special tools and techniques to coach at workplace and to corporate and business leaders. You will gain a clear understanding of how to approach a coaching intervention with corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners to enhance performance through your advanced learnedcoaching skills. Module is delivered in 3 online sessions / 1 day in classroom.
Module Objectives: At the end of this module students will enhance their knowledge of coaching approaches e.g.; NLP, EI, Value based coaching, etc. they will learn different coaching models, be able to differentiate between coaching models, tools and technique and learnto select which best suits their client. Students will also work on their niche and design their own unique coaching model for practice. Module is delivered in 3 online sessions / 1 day in classroom
Module Objectives: This is the final module and you will finally sharpen your skills learnt by thorough practice and getting ready for final performance evaluation. Students will undergo mentoring and supervision for their coaching skills and also prepare for final written assessment.Our final written assessment prepares students for ICF CKA, students need to obtain required score in written and oral assessment to get certified. You will also need to make sure you have completed all homework and fieldwork as part of the curriculum. Once all these requirements are met, you will be awarded with the designation of "Certified Senior Professional Coach" Module is delivered in 2 online sessions.
